Our development activities are provided for others and for in house portfolio.
A significant part of our business is the brokerage of investment real estate. In many cases we serve our clients by performing acquisition services for a particular property, and manage the property for maximization of its investment potential. We also provide the brokerage services for disposition of the real estate assets. This is a highly personalized service in which the company principals are directly involved in the services provided.
Parker Shiflett & Company has long provided expert analysis of particular market conditions which may include items of focus such as rental analysis, supply and demand, absorption rates and inventory analysis. During feasibility analysis we combine the marketing factors with cost analysis and the creation of financial forecasts to determine feasibility based upon project and ownership criteria.
Through its affiliated company, Commercial Appraisal Services, Inc., we provide real estate appraisals for all types of commercial properties in the East Tennessee market area.
